Returns:

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. As we work with fresh food ingredients and small-batch production, all sales are final.
   

Damaged or Tampered Products:

• If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or tampered with during shipping, please reach out to us immediately. We take such matters seriously and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
   

To assist you further, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at the.cookhouse.collab@gmail.com. We are happy to discuss the issue with you over a call and explore the best way to resolve it.

If the user registers, purchases or avails any products or services, offered by The Cookhouse Collab on the Site, which is confirmed by The Cookhouse Collab, but, unavailable due to any unforeseen or unexpected circumstances, such request of the user will be cancelled, and the payment amount pertaining to the unavailable product and/or service will be refunded either to the user’s source account, or by way of a credit voucher, at the sole discretion of The Cookhouse Collab, without any interest, and without any additional liability on The Cookhouse Collab.
